Rist cashewnødderne i ovnen ved 200 grader i 6-7 minutter. Bland de øvrige ingredienser i en skål og vend de ristede cashewnødder heri.
Fordel cashewnødderne på en bageplade og bag i yderligere 1-2 minutter. Lad nødderne køle lidt af og servér derefter i en lille skål. Nødderne kan opbevares i en lufttæt beholder.
