2 dl sukker (ca. 125 g)
¾ dl vand
Evt. lidt kanel, kardemomme eller vaniljepulver (max. 1 tsk)
Kom mandler, sukker, vand og evt. krydderier i en pande og varm op ved kraftig varme mens du rører i panden. Når vandet fordamper, bliver sukkeret hvidt og grynet. Skru nu ned på svag varme.
Fortsæt med at varme mandlerne under omrøring til sukkeret begynder at smelte og bliver flydende og mandlerne begynder at blive blanke.
Hæld mandlerne ud på et stykke bagepapir og lad dem køle af.
