Prop alle ingredienserne – på nær chokoladen – i en foodprocessor eller blender, og blend med et par stop undervejs for at skrabe siderne. Blend indtil massen er modellérbar, og tril så denne til kugler. Massen er lidt skrøbelig, så tryk den godt sammen mellem fingrene, inden du triller den i facon. Sæt kuglerne i fryseren i en times tid, så de er helt hårde, inden de vendes i chokoladen. Lad de chokoladevendte kugler størkne på køl, og opbevar dem efterfølgende i en lufttæt beholder i køleskabet.
