35 g pinjekerner
50 g parmesan
3 spsk god olivenolie
Salt og peber
Rist pinjekernerne uden fedtstof på en pande til de får lidt farve.
Vær over dem hele tiden, det går hurtigt!
Hak alle ingredienserne fint, enten i hånden eller i en foodprocessor.
Smag til med salt og peber. Juster evt. konsistensen med lidt olie.
Tip: Har du adgang til ramsløg, så prøv at udskifte basilikum med ramsløg og pinjekernerne med cashewnødder. Udelad da hvidløg men brug samme fremgangsmåde.
