½ spsk lakridspulver (rålakrids)
Hæld vand, salt og lakridspulver på panden og lad det koge op. Pisk undervejs, så alle klumper er væk. Tilsæt mandlerne og rør videre, indtil vandet er fordampet.
Læg bagepapir på en bageplade, og hæld lakridsmandlerne herop. Varm dem nu i ovnen ved 150 grader i ca. 20 minutter. Rør gerne rundt et par gange undervejs. Smag på dem ca. halvvejs og vurder, om de evt. skal drysses med lidt ekstra lakridspulver. Det er lidt en smagssag, hvor stærke og salte du kan lide dem.
