8 stilke økologiske rabarber (gerne de tynde)
4 dl vand
Revet skal fra 1 lime
125 gram daddelsukker
½ vaniljestang eller 2 tsk vaniljesukker
Skyl rabarberne og skær dem i stykker på ca 1½ cm.
Kog vandet op med sukker, vanilje og limeskal.
Skold det glas, du vil bruge til opbevaring med kogende vand.
Læg rabarberstykkerne ned i glasset og hæld den varme lage over.
Lad glasset køle af og sæt det derefter i køleskabet.
Vent 3-4 dage med at spise (hvis du kan 😊) – og brug rabarberne
ovenpå en god vaniljeis. De er også knasende lækre i en pandekage!
Rabarberne kan holde sig i ca. 1 måned i køleskabet.
